Included within nearly 160,000 square feet of manufacturing space, Hampel currently encompasses 10 work centers. Each work center is supported by the latest technology in forming equipment as well as 5-axis and 6-axis robotic automated post molding CNC trim cells. The latest computer aided design and computer aided manufacturing software (CAD/CAM) is used to take product concepts from idea to prototype to production. Quality assurance of the formed, trimmed and assembled parts are verified with the use of coordinated measuring machinery (CMM) and supporting inspection software.

Hampel’s state-of the art automated trimming equipment along with the latest software allows Hampel to maintain the quality and consistency that is essential in producing products to your specifications. The flexibility within Hampel’s automated trimming equipment enables us to successfully trim to specification, parts of various sizes, materials and tolerance requirements. Slots, holes and perimeter trims at nearly any angle can all be accommodated with our precision automated trimming equipment.
