Included within nearly 160,000 square feet of manufacturing space, Hampel currently encompasses 10 work centers. Each work center is supported by the latest technology in forming equipment as well as 5-axis and 6-axis robotic automated post molding CNC trim cells. The latest computer aided design and computer aided manufacturing software (CAD/CAM) is used to take product concepts from idea to prototype to production. Quality assurance of the formed, trimmed and assembled parts are verified with the use of coordinated measuring machinery (CMM) and supporting inspection software.
