Logistics Coordinator: First shift.

This position will be responsible for coordinating the efforts of logistics providers and resolving problems in order to ensure customer expectations are met, complete load diagrams to fully utilize and maximize available freight space, process all paperwork for shipments including documents for shipments outside the United States, provide customer service to both internal and external customers regarding logistics, and coordinate daily shipping activities including ordering trucks, determining daily shipments, staging orders, and accurately loading trucks per customer requirements.

Qualified candidates must have relevant experience within a manufacturing or consumer products company, specifically experience in completing export paperwork and communicating with logistics providers and internal customers. Advanced skills in Microsoft Access, Excel and Word are also preferred.
