Hampel Corporation Achieves ISO 9001:2000 Certification

Germantown, WI (January 2005) - Hampel Corporation, a leading expert in plastics thermoforming and product innovation, announces that is has achieved the International Standardization Organization (ISO) 9001:2000 certification. Certification was granted by SGS International Certification Services, Inc. following an initial ISO inspection.

ISO 9001:2000 is an international standard adopted by numerous countries around the world. It specifies the requirements for a process approach in developing, implementing and improving the effectiveness of a company's quality management system to enhance customer satisfaction by understanding and meeting customer requirements. According to Mike Diaz, Technical Sales Director — Custom Products, "this now positions us better to service the requirements of our existing and future customer base on a world class level."
